Customer User Interface:

In order to start a support session with you, click on the Support Engineer listed on the right, then download or run the small executable file on your computer. This will give your computer an encrypted connection to your Support Engineer.

During the session. you can send chat messages and request to send files to your Support Engineer. The STOP button automatically suspends screen sharing and entirely closes the session if you wish.

After the session is complete, you may take an exit survey asking you to enter a 1 - 5 rating of your session. When you submit your survey, you will receive notification that Bomgar has been completely uninstalled from your computer.
